Our Process
A phone conversation to learn about your ideas and goals. We want to understand your remodeling needs and how we can work together. We’ll explain our process and services to determine if we should take the next step.
In home consultation where we learn more about you and your home. We’ll share ideas and discuss general the design and estimating process. Take dimensions and discuss budget.
The design review meeting is set to show you 3D renderings of your new space. Our philosophy is you can’t accurately estimate a project without a proper design. Review general material preferences for estimate.
Based on the design meeting an estimate will be calculated specific to your project. We feel the personalization to your needs allows for a transparency in the budgeting of the project.
Once the contract is signed, we review and finalize the design. Product selections take place during the permitting process to keep everything running in a timely manner.
Schedule, open communication, weekly and sometimes daily check-ins.
